We've been very fortunate to be surrounded by good people. Steve Jobs said once that Apple is successful because the people they employ are artists, poets, and musicians who also happen to be great engineers. The creativity, passion, and attention to detail they have shines through in their products. That's where we're coming from.
One question we always like to ask new clients is "do you want a medic or an engineer?" This is a great question because the answer dictates what approach we take and it establishes expectations. Being a medic is stimulus response. Patch it up and get it moving as quick as possible. We are great medics. All of us cut our teeth supporting small environments with limited budgets. However, we are at our best when we're given ownership and a budget. As engineers we are truly artists.
